She's been at this a long time
Denise has spent more than forty years following health and wellness — first through herbal training, then as a Reiki master, and in 1999, the same year this market opened its doors, as a licensed massage therapist.
Each thing she learned led to the next. She went on to qualify as a naturopathic practitioner, earned a two-year certification as a health coach, and spent years studying raw foods, juicing, and how the food and pharmaceutical industries really work. The more she found out, the more she wanted to put it in other people's hands.
That's still how the market runs. The shelves are stocked one careful choice at a time, questions get real answers rather than rehearsed ones, and nobody gets rushed — ever.
How something earns its shelf
There's no buyer's algorithm here. Denise looks at who owns a company before she looks at the price — independent, family-run makers have their heart in the craft, and it shows in the bottle. And there's a standing rule: if we wouldn't take it home to our own families, it doesn't go on the shelf.
